Mica was born in Berlin, the daughter of a German opera singer and a Hungarian trumpeter. She made her first appearance on stage as an extra in “The Bartered Bride” when she was eleven years old at the theatre in Annaberg-Buchholz where her mother was engaged as a soloist. Mica became a member of the children’s choir and then was a member of the extra chorus at the age of sixteen. She completed her secondary studies and after graduation made her acting debut in small roles in several musical theatre and drama productions at the theatre. She then completed her formal acting studies at the Fritz-Kirchhoff-School in Berlin. She has since then played in theatre productions in Germany and Switzerland. Mica has been cast furthermore in short films as well as in regular length films such as the German coming-of-age movie “Sommer” and the international film “Diaz – Don’t clean up this blood” which had it’s premiere at the Berlinale 2012.
In addition to acting she also writes short stories and poems. Her short story “PUNKT” has already been performed as a reading with music by Acey Jee. Now, Mica is preparing her first novel “SCHATTEN UND SCHERBEN”(working title).
Besides her creative jobs and projects, Mica is also studying “Bildungs- und Erziehungswissenschaft” (Education/social work, Bachelor, Freie Universität Berlin).
